In this age of limitless sharing of knowledge, it can be overwhelming to wade through all the advice out there. If you are just starting out marketing your website/blog/internet presence, you can literally paralyze yourself trying to find just the right bit of information. The recipe for success on the web is only a click away. Or so it seems.
I’d like to invite you take a break from the endless searching and offer this simple bit of advice: Try one new thing today. That’s it.
Don’t worry about getting everything perfect. You will make mistakes. If you are trying too many different ideas at once, you’ll never gain that insight into why something works or doesn’t anyway. It’s not as hard as you might think.
Online marketing is cumulative, so starting small and building day after day on the knowledge you gained the day before is your recipe for success. No one else is you. No one else is running your business. Generate your own ideas. Implement them and learn as you go.
Let me know how you are doing.
